POLICY

We warrant each of our products to be free of defects related to workmanship and material!
Warranty period for each product is three years from the date of purchase, providing that the following have occurred:

• The product has been installed properly and the vehicle has not gotten into an accident.
• The product has not been taken apart, repaired or altered in any way.
• The product has no signs of mechanical damage (including but not limited to water damage, burns (fire damage), cracks, over-torqued bolts/connectors, etc.).
• The product has not been operated outside its specifications (including but not limited to over/under temperature, electrical overvoltage, electrical overload, short circuit, etc.).

The warranty does not cover any damage to the engine, vehicle, computer, does not cover any compensation for loss of time or inconvenience and does not provide for any liability for incidental or consequential damage arising from the use of the product by the buyer, its assignees, customers, agents or employees!

If you suspect the product has a fault which should be covered under warranty, then please get in touch with us immediately in writing via the contact page!

SHIPPING OF DEFECTIVE UNIT

The shipping of suspected defective unit is always organized and paid by the customer. If the suspected fault is in fact a real fault and the repair or exchange is covered under warranty, then we pay for the return shipping. If the suspected fault is not covered under warranty or there is no fault in our product, then the costs of the return shipping (along with the costs of repair) will be charged to the customer.

REPAIRS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

If warranty does not apply (for any reason), repair still may be available at extra cost! The cost of repair will be uniquely negotiated according to the fault.

LIABILITY

Our products are intended to be used solely for competition and motorsport racing purposes, therefore none of our products are certified to be used on public roads! We do not take any responsibilities/liabilities for misuse and/or any damage caused by or during using any of our products! The usage of our products is solely your own risk!
